Having a love of Hospitality since a young age, Craig began his journey working in his families’ Italian restaurant. His goal to become an owner/operator of his own restaurant came to effect in early 2014. Since then his appetite, dedication and love of the industry has led him towards the catering sector. Craig will make sure your next event is one you will never forget! He will help you in the menu planning, dietary requirements as well as helping towards choosing the best package to suit you!

Nick began his apprenticeship at the young age of 16 at Couran Cove Eco Resort. Having then a passion for food and travel he expanded his culinary profile by working overseas. On his return trip and gaining work at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove he worked up his experience in fine dining and buffets before joining Craig and Sarah at their café in Paradise Point in 2015. On sale of the café in 2019, Nick continued on with the teams catering journey. He brings a world of knowledge to In Season Catering and has a great deal of input to the catering menus. He will be happy to create a tailored menu for you.
